Return Window
You may return new, uworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Products that are damaged, used, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Certain items such as personalized, custom-made, or final sale products are non-returnable.
Restocking Fee
A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned item.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@regentapparel.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.
- You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (minus shipping and the restocking fee) to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refund Timeline
